Areas Covered: All areas related to social sciences, sciences, performing and visual art, humanities, literature, management, etc.
Publication Frequency: Annual (December, 1 Issue per Year).
Type of Articles Accepted: Original unpublished researches.

(A) Manuscript preparation and submission

Cover Letter
With each manuscript submission, author(s) must enclose a covering letter signed by all contributors
Peer Review Policy
Upon receipt of a manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief will send it for review. After receiving the reviews, the Editor-in-Chief will make a decision on status of the manuscript: acceptable; revise and resubmit; refuse; not suitable for this journal. After the Editor-in-Chief’s decision, reviews will be conveyed to the authors. Final decisions concerning publication are made by Editor-in-Chief.

Permissions
Authors are responsible for getting consent from copyright holders for reproducing any illustrations, tables, figures or lengthy quotations previously published elsewhere.
Article Types
Research Papers: Research papers should not exceed 4,000 words (including references), though in some cases, longer accounts may also be entertained. Original manuscripts in style and content not accepted or published elsewhere, are welcomed. Each manuscript must include an informative one-paragraph abstract that briefly (fewer than 200 words) summarizes the article. Manuscripts along with an abstract and four or five key words can be submitted for publication. Keywords and abstract are important to ensure readers to find your article online through online search engines.
Manuscript Preparation
Language
Manuscript must be written in English/Hindi. It must be clear, concise and grammatically correct.
-Font: Times New Roman or Arial (bold, underline or italics may be used where necessary)
-Font (for Hindi):Kokila (a UNICODE font) bold, underline or italics may be used where necessary)
-Font size: 12 for English
-Font size: 16 for Hindi
Review
The journal has an editorial board and several reputed subject experts as ‘referees’. The review of manuscripts is done by reviewers according to the area of expertise. All decisions to accept, revise, or reject a paper will be made by the editors.

Publication Ethics
Confluence of Knowledge is committed to ensure that privacy of author(s) is protected. The Journal may change this policy from time to time or while updating the web page. The journal gathers following information:
• Name of the author
• Institutional affiliation
• Contact Information including Email Address and Whatspp Number
• Occupation
The information is required for understanding the needs of users and to offer better services.
The Journal is double blind peer reviewed journal.
Responsibilities of Editors
• The Chief Editor and Editors of the journal are responsible for selecting which research papers are accepted for publication after double blind peer review process.
• The Chief Editor and Editors evaluate the paper(s) purely on the basis of academic content irrespective of race, gender, religious conviction, ethnicity, nationality, or political affiliation of authors.
• The Editors and Editorial Board should not reveal any information about the submitted papers to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers and publisher.
• Unpublished content of submitted papers should not be used by anyone while handling the paper(s) for his or her own research.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
• Assist in Peer Review process and making editorial decision through editorial communications with author
• Help the author in improving the paper, wherever applicable
• If the reviewer is unable to undertake the job of reviewing, he/she shall promptly convey the same to the Chief Editor and Editors
• Confidentially handle the papers received for review.
• Review the paper rationally and empirically avoiding any favoritism and personal criticism.
• Try to ascertain whether the relevant published work used by the author has been referred/ cited/acknowledged
• Maintain the confidentially of the information or ideas achieved during the peer review process.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors of papers should:
• Present accurate information and original ideas. Supporting data should be represented precisely in the paper. A paper must have details of cited work / acknowledgment.
• Ensure that the content is entirely original, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, it must be suitably cited or quoted.
• Avoid submitting of same research paper to more than one journal simultaneously, which is unethical and unacceptable.
• Must acknowledge the work of others/ funding (if any) received for the research
Research papers published or under review elsewhere, will be cancelled. Corresponding Author must ensure that all co-authors are appropriate.
Review Policy
Confluence of Knowledge: A Multidisciplinary International Peer-Reviewed/Refereed Journal. Upon receipt of a manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief sends it for review. Abstracting and Indexing
The journal is abstracted and indexed in the following databases
IIFS, Google scholar, AcademicKeys, Researchbib, IIJIF.
Article Processing Charges
Immediately after publication, all the articles are open access and freely available online. Article-processing charge covers the range of publishing services we provide. This includes typesetting and formatting for PDF and HTML versions of article, certificate, provision of online tools for editors, reviewing process, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services etc. The article processing charge will be payable only when manuscript will be editorially accepted. (Please do not pay unless you receive a link to pay online through email).
We consider individual request for waiver of article processing charge (if the individual is not in a position to pay the charges due to economical conditions). To apply for a waiver, please request one during the submission of article. The conditions of waiver and decisions will be sent to individuals through email. Requests made during the review process or after acceptance will not be considered.
